Description
I've had this picture for quite a while and am just now getting around to paint the Cape Lookout Lighthouse on Cape Lookout, NC. I want to add that this picture was taken by my father-in-law who is so missed, it's difficult for me to think about him and his goodness. But, noone will ever say "Morning, Glory!" to me again. I truly hope this would make him happy.

This is beautiful. It is unique from most paintings of NC light houses I have seen. I am sure your father in law is very pleased.

Thanks, my dear friend. I appreciate your comments. I wanted this one really different and drippy. I think you're right, the grasses in the front needed to be there for balance, hugs to you.
