Now that I'm living in North Carolina, I can hopefully expand my base to more of the native species of flowers and animals here. Oh, I wouldn't invite myself. I just figured we could get together with some frames (I might need some new ones) and figure out about setting up. I can stay in a hotel....please don't feel like you need to put me up just because I decided to go the day before but that is really sweet. I love the idea of the lobster pot frames and they'd be great with my birds and frogs!

A lobster pot frame is made from lobster pot wood, but the ones you can buy are simulated lobster pot or crab pot wood. Ed makes them and they are great for the wildlife paintings. I do a gray wash to make them look like they've been in the water a lomg time. You can plan to stay with me the night before.
