I am so glad, Lou!!! It's sadness and beauty because it's a Bleeding Heart and because it's the first painting I did for my Mother after her passing but she would have loved it SO MUCH so it makes me happy and out of sadness can come great beauty!

Thank you Jolanta. It's really great to hear from you. This was for my mother. Now, it's time to move on with a new season, living back in my Florida house again and a new attitude. This was just an attempt to move on and I wanted to paint it with particular tenderness. :) My next one will be much more upbeat and I hope to get back in the swing pretty fast now! :)
