Description
I know I said I was going to paint the Spring or Summer Wagons first with the Tombow pen and I did draw it out. I'll post it on the blog tomorrow so you can see the drawing before I paint it. Anyway, I just felt like doing this little butterfly today. Artists and women reserve the right to change their minds.

Your art is beautuiful great colours and compositions.
Lil Taylor replied:
Thank you, Jennifer. This turned out to be a great subject for the Tombow pen because of the small detail!!

This is beautiful Lil, got my vote.
Lil Taylor replied:
Thanks so much, Josh....The Tombow pen is so much more restrictive than watercoloring and it's always a challenge. Just drawing it would be so much easier! :) Thanks for your vote!

This one is very different! Looks like you had fun creating it with mimimal brush stroke. I am pleased to have it on the gardenscapes group homepage!
Lil Taylor replied:
Thanks, Judy. This is pure Tombow pen. I started with these just doing black and whites but they're great when I'm up here without my watercolors. I can't get my backgrounds so I have to stick with white but I can get some really good intricate work with it. I didn't use a brush at all with this one.....only the pen blender because of the size, I didn't want to blend it around too much.
