Painting - Watercolor On Paper
Description
This painting is a pretty good indication of what many of the smaller islands in NC and SC are like where they are more family-friendly, with large dunes and fenced areas where the deer and other wildlife are off-limits. It's just you, your family, your cooler, umbrella, kids, bunch of toys, wagon, fins.....ummm, maybe I shouldn't continue with this or I'll bring out lugging the chairs!!

Love the composition and the perspective in this one, Lil. Beautiful work, and so vibrant.

beautiful painting and yes I remember the trips to the beach with 3 boys, almost needed a semi trailer for the 'stuff'!
Lil Taylor replied:
Thanks, Carol! I started writing all that stuff and remembered, beach balls, kids wandering around into the dunes, sand being too hot, flip flops lost, rafts, etc, etc. lol I know you remember it even more vividly with 3 boys!
